Rooted in Tradition.
Designed for Today.
AaradhyamYog By Chetna is a yoga-led practice space built on the belief that consistent, thoughtful practice can change how we move, live, and relate to ourselves. Rooted in classical yogic traditions and spirituality — and informed by modern science and technology — our teaching style integrates yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, healing, therapies, and chanting, alongside movement, mobility, flexibility, and strength work, to support the body intelligently.
The breath. We believe that correct posture is unlocked through right breathing — and this principle shapes every session we design.
The AaradhyamYog Style
- ❖ Breath-First Approach: Every posture, every transition, anchored in conscious breathing.
- ❖ Tradition Meets Science: Classical yogic wisdom, refined with modern understanding of the body.
- ❖ Therapy-Integrated: Asana and pranayama woven together with healing modalities for whole-body care.
- ❖ Built for Real Lives: Adapted for today’s bodies and lifestyles — authentic, relevant, deeply accessible.
Because yoga is not just performed — it is lived and shared.
