Will I get a recording if I miss a live class?
Yes. Each session recording is available for 7 days in your dashboard under the Recordings tab, so you can watch it at your convenience within that window.

Who teaches the live batches?
Live batches are led by Chetna Joshi Tiwari and certified AaradhyamYog instructors. The instructor for each batch is shown on the batch page.

What if I'm a complete beginner?
Start with a Beginner-level batch (e.g. Evening Wellness) or book a private trial for a personalised assessment. We also offer the Foundation Series — a self-paced recorded course.

How do I pay?
Indian users pay via UPI / cards / netbanking through Razorpay. International users are routed automatically; pricing adjusts to your region.
